Network & Infrastructure Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Network & Infrastructure Support Engineer to ensure the reliability and performance of our network, server, security, storage and virtualization environments. You will be the first line of defense for day‑to‑day infrastructure operations, troubleshooting issues and collaborating with vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot network, server, security, storage and virtualization infrastructure.
• Configure and support VLANs, trunking, STP/RSTP, IP addressing, switching and basic routing.
• Administer Windows and Linux servers as well as physical server hardware.
• Support VMware environments, storage solutions, backup processes and resource monitoring tools.
• Handle L1/L2 infrastructure incidents, perform initial diagnostics and escalate complex problems.
• Assist with infrastructure installations, upgrades, testing, documentation and vendor coordination.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in network and infrastructure support.
• Hands‑on knowledge of networking, Windows/Linux servers, VMware, and storage systems.
• Basic understanding of network security and monitoring concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
