Office Administrator & Digital Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Office Administrator who will also drive our digital marketing efforts. The role combines administrative support with creating and managing online content to promote our detergent products.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging short‑form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels showcasing product demos and stain‑removal tips.
• Plan, launch and monitor social media advertising campaigns and maintain product listings on our online store.
• Receive, record and track retail and wholesale detergent orders, coordinating with delivery drivers and couriers.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email and social media messaging regarding product usage, stock and delivery status.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, generate invoices, track basic payments and keep organized digital files.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience (minimum 24 months) in office administration and digital marketing.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and logistics partners.
