Onboarding & Field Coordination Operator

About the role

Finagra is looking for a proactive Onboarding & Field Coordination Operator to guide candidates through our digital onboarding journey and keep field teams running smoothly. You will be the main point of contact for new participants, ensuring they feel supported and that schedules are executed as planned.

Key responsibilities

• Guide candidates step‑by‑step through online forms, Slack and WhatsApp communications.
• Maintain and update multi‑team schedules, ensuring field activities align with project timelines.
• Track candidate progress in spreadsheets and digital trackers, safeguarding data privacy.
• Provide timely follow‑up, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
• Collaborate with senior staff to adjust plans and keep all parties informed.

Required profile

• Patient, warm, and genuinely helpful with strong plain‑language communication.
• Fluent in English and Swahili.
• Reliable, discreet with personal data and comfortable handling plan changes.
• Team‑player who can politely chase senior colleagues when needed.

Required skills

• Proficient with Slack.
• Proficient with WhatsApp.
• Experience using digital forms.
• Strong spreadsheet and tracker skills.
