Operations Generalist & Designer

About the role

The Operations Generalist & Designer will support Kawaii Klicks’ event experiences by managing on‑site logistics and creating visual assets that enhance our photobooth services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate photobooth setups, event logistics, and on‑site operations.
• Manage bookings, vendor relationships, and day‑to‑day scheduling.
• Design photo templates, overlays, and branded print/digital assets.
• Troubleshoot equipment, timing, and client requests in real time to keep events running smoothly.
• Generate fresh ideas to improve event execution and client presentation.
• Take ownership of the overall experience delivered to clients.

Required profile

• At least two years of experience in operations, event coordination, or a similar hands‑on role.
• Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
• Self‑starter who thrives in ambiguous environments and adapts quickly.
• Calm under pressure while maintaining a warm demeanor with clients and teammates.
• Based in or able to work from Nairobi, with flexibility for evening and weekend events.
