Operations Supervisor – Cabro Making Site

About the role

The Operations Supervisor will lead daily manufacturing activities at our cabro (culvert) making site. You will ensure smooth production, maintain quality standards, and coordinate with clients, contractors and suppliers to deliver high‑quality construction materials on time.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing processes for cabros, culverts and related construction materials.
• Coordinate production schedules, workforce allocation and site performance monitoring.
• Enforce company policies, operational standards and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Handle client inquiries, complaints and service escalations, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Supervise site staff, manage performance, attendance, discipline and conduct training.
• Implement quality assurance measures, inspect finished products and enforce corrective actions.
• Manage raw‑material inventory, track usage of cement, aggregates and molds, and apply cost‑control measures.
• Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct safety audits and incident reporting.
• Prepare operational, production and performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a busy construction or cabro‑making site.
• Strong knowledge of construction site operations, quality control and safety compliance.
