Outbound Warehouse Clerk – Logistics Operations

About the role

The outbound warehouse clerk will support the Site Lead and Inventory Controller in ensuring smooth daily operations at the Menengai warehouse. The role focuses on receiving, storing, and dispatching goods while maintaining safety and accuracy standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily toolbox meetings to brief and debrief staff.
• Receive goods, verify condition and quantity, and obtain driver and security sign‑off.
• Enter receipt data into the WMS (JDA) in real time.
• Handle product picking, storage, and maintain stock integrity.
• Monitor and report stock loss or variance for investigation.
• Control warehouse access for non‑warehouse personnel.
• Ensure product quality and alignment of WMS records with physical inventory.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, productivity logs, and filing records.
• Uphold safety standards at all workstations with zero lost‑time accidents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management.
• At least 4 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Diploma in a supply‑chain‑related field.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with JDA Warehouse Management System (WMS).
