About the role

Yanah Pharmacy Kenya is seeking a dedicated Pharmaceutical Technologist to join its Embu town location. This full‑time, on‑site position involves preparing and dispensing medications while providing professional counseling to customers in a fast‑paced retail pharmacy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Weigh, mix, and prepare medications through compounding.
• Interpret and dispense prescriptions accurately.
• Provide professional medication counseling and advise clients on proper medicine usage.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Pharmaceutical Technology.
• Registration with the relevant professional pharmacy body.
• Knowledge of compounding and preparation of pharmaceutical products.
• Understanding of prescription interpretation and medicine dispensation.
• Familiarity with pharmacy‑related practices and regulations.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and patient safety.
• Experience in customer service or retail pharmacy is an advantage.
