Portfolio Manager

About the role

The Portfolio Manager will lead product and portfolio growth for Wealth and Retail Business Banking. You will design and execute digital sales programmes, coordinate cross‑sell campaigns and partner with product teams to increase end‑net receivables and deposits.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product and Portfolio Managers to create programmes that drive Wealth & Retail Banking growth.
• Design and launch coordinated cross‑sell campaigns, call scripts and frontline engagement tools.
• Identify opportunities to grow End Net Receivables and Deposits and develop actionable plans.
• Support the development of an Affluent Proposition and robust spend programmes using data and propensity models.
• Work with Client Relationship, Marketing, Compliance and Risk teams to execute segment initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and share best practices.
• Liaise with Group and Regional teams on digital sales initiatives and ensure targets are set and tracked.
• Identify partnership opportunities and assess competitive landscape to accelerate growth.
• Drive process improvements for Straight‑Through Processing and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product or portfolio management within banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of wealth, retail and affluent banking markets.
• Ability to design and manage digital campaigns and cross‑sell initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across product, marketing, risk and compliance functions.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
