About the role
You’ll be the second designer at the company, partnering directly with the founders to shape product strategy and deliver pixel‑perfect experiences. The role blends high‑level thinking with hands‑on design work, and being comfortable in both Figma and a code editor is a strong advantage.
Key responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end product design for a flagship B2B product.
- Build and maintain a shared design system that scales across the platform.
- Produce high‑fidelity prototypes that engineering can implement directly.
- Conduct user research with merchants, property managers and clinic staff to inform design decisions.
Required profile
- 4+ years of experience designing complex B2B or operational software.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and cohesive design solutions.
- Comfortable delivering designs in Figma with developer‑ready specifications.
Required skills
- Figma
- HTML/CSS (nice to have)
- Motion design (nice to have)
