Product Lead, Apps

About the role

Amini is seeking a Product Lead to own the strategy and delivery of its application suite across multiple countries. You will act as the voice of the customer, translating government and corporate requirements into a scalable product roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the end‑to‑end product strategy, roadmap and prioritized backlog for the Apps portfolio.
• Identify market opportunities by analysing competitors, trends and real user needs, especially for government contracts.
• Set success metrics, build performance dashboards and report progress to leadership on a weekly basis.
• Develop clear positioning and messaging for technical government buyers and end users, and partner with Business Development and Marketing for cohesive launches.
• Build and lead a high‑performing product team, establishing decision authority, accountability and mentorship.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Ops and Legal to ship secure, compliant features that meet jurisdictional requirements.
• Engage directly with customers during deployments, gather feedback and translate it into roadmap improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading product teams in complex, multi‑country environments.
• Strong understanding of government procurement processes and the ability to align product capabilities with contract requirements.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Track record of delivering products from concept to production‑grade, scalable deployments.
