Program Manager – Finance Transformation

About the role

Sucafina is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead its Finance Transformation agenda across multiple countries. You will own the finance target operating model roadmap and ensure alignment with business priorities, IT architecture, and strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Finance TOM roadmap for 6‑month, 3‑year and 5‑year horizons.
• Translate business priorities into a structured program execution plan and governance framework (SteerCo, weekly cadences, decision forums).
• Provide a single source of truth for program status with two‑layer reporting and communicate progress, risks and decisions to C‑level stakeholders.
• Own full program financials (CAPEX, OPEX), manage vendors and drive cost‑control discipline.
• Supervise ERP deployment, integrations, testing and go‑live readiness, ensuring robust planning and issue resolution.
• Lead the program organization, define roles, and build a high‑performance team of project managers, functional leads and external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
• 15+ years overall experience, with at least 10 years in finance (controlling, treasury, accounting or financial operations).
• 8‑10 years in program or transformation management, including large‑scale ERP transformations and multi‑country rollouts.
• Proven ability to challenge finance design, define target operating models and drive stakeholder alignment.
