Property Cleaner – Full‑time (Nairobi)

About the role

Brites Management Services Limited is seeking a reliable Property Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of its residential and commercial properties in Westlands and surrounding areas. This full‑time role involves daily cleaning of common areas, outdoor spaces, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Clean staircases, corridors, hallways, and other shared indoor spaces daily.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize common areas, ensuring entrances and exits are presentable.
• Maintain outdoor areas including parking lots, walkways, and compound grounds.
• Collect and dispose of waste, replace bin liners, and follow proper segregation guidelines.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely, reporting any hazards observed.
• Replenish cleaning supplies, report shortages, and assist with special cleaning assignments.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in cleaning residential or commercial properties.
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties independently.
• Mature, responsible, honest, and dependable.
• Strong attention to detail and good time‑management skills.
