Property Manager

About the role

The Property Manager will act as the primary liaison between landlords, long‑term tenants and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and high satisfaction throughout the client journey. This role involves managing relationships, coordinating services, and overseeing property onboarding and off‑boarding processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with landlords and property owners, handling communications, requests and dispute escalation.
• Serve as the main point of contact for long‑term tenants, managing requests, extensions, renewals and move‑out communications to support retention.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Repairs & Maintenance, Reservations, Finance and other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Oversee repair and maintenance activities, obtain landlord approvals, track progress and keep documentation up to date.
• Manage property onboarding and off‑boarding, ensuring all documentation, inventories, utilities and handover requirements are completed.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Customer Service, Business Administration, Hospitality, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in property or client relationship management.
