Real Estate Sales Executive

About the role

Sarabi Realty Group is seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Executive to join its Nairobi office. You will be responsible for driving property sales in prime locations, building client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential buyers for high‑end residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and close sales transactions.
• Maintain and update a pipeline of leads using the company’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing and finance teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Provide clients with market insights and investment advice specific to Nairobi County.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 12 months of proven sales experience, preferably in real estate.
• Minimum age of 27 years.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
