About the role
We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team in Westlands, Nairobi. The role involves driving property sales, managing client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our real estate portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Sell property units and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Conduct property viewings and client presentations.
- Manage the full sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports.
- Build strong client relationships and conduct follow‑ups.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field.
- 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Experience with high‑value residential property sales is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of the Kenyan real estate market.

- Knowledge of the real estate market.
What we offer
- Retainer of KES 25,000 plus commission.
- Monthly salary range KES 15,000 – KES 30,000.
