Receptionist (Beauty Clinic)

About the role

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients at a busy beauty clinic in Westlands, Nairobi. You will ensure a warm, professional welcome and support smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Manage appointment bookings and coordinate clinic schedules.
• Handle client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Process payments and maintain accurate client and financial records.
• Oversee daily front‑desk operations to keep clinic workflows efficient.
• Support client follow‑ups, retention initiatives, and overall satisfaction.
• Assist with general administrative and operational duties as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, or clinic administration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and multitasking abilities.
• Professional presentation with a positive, service‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently and contribute effectively to a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
