Regional Business Development Manager

About the role

The Regional Business Development Manager will lead growth initiatives across assigned branches, driving membership, deposits, loans and income targets while supporting branch managers and teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development and growth strategies to meet membership, deposits, loan and income targets.
• Supervise and provide direct business support to Branch Managers and their teams.
• Cascade annual targets, monitor performance and guide branches to achieve goals.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships and member value propositions.
• Analyse market trends, member needs and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Support product development, pricing, promotions and campaigns.
• Monitor portfolio quality, recovery efforts and risk indicators.
• Prepare performance reports, dashboards and presentations for senior management and the Board.
• Coach, mentor and develop branch business teams to strengthen performance discipline and service standards.
