Regional Manager

About the role

We are seeking an organised, energetic and results‑driven Regional Manager to lead our sales teams across multiple branches. In this position you will oversee staff, provide training, develop strategies, and ensure quality and compliance within the assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Establish clear sales objectives for each team member.
• Educate the sales team on new or upcoming products and services.
• Monitor and track regional sales performance on an ongoing basis.
• Ensure adherence to credit processes and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in hiring, training, and development of new sales staff.
• Analyse monthly sales outcomes and prepare reports for senior management.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong history of successful sales management, preferably in banking, insurance or micro‑finance.
• Innate leadership qualities with a passion for developing teams.
• Excellent client and staff relationship skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to travel.
