Restaurant Supervisor / F&B Manager

About the role

We are a one‑year‑old bar and restaurant in Mirema, Roysambu looking for a hands‑on leader to oversee daily operations, manage events and grow the business through effective marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise bar and restaurant floor, lead front‑of‑house staff, handle opening/closing procedures, cash‑ups and stock control.
• Manage inventory, conduct regular stock counts, reconcile with sales data and ensure quality of incoming deliveries.
• Maintain supplier relationships, negotiate pricing and enforce food safety and handling standards.
• Create and cost menus, maintain a detailed recipe manual, perform menu engineering using sales data and develop bespoke menus for clients.
• Plan, coordinate and execute on‑site and external events, acting as the lead on the day of the event.

Required profile

• Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality or equivalent vocational training.
• Minimum three years of experience (at least 2 years back‑of‑house and 1 year front‑of‑house) in a bar, restaurant or events venue.
• Strong financial literacy with understanding of P&L statements and costing.
• Reliable, honest and available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
