RFP Research, Analysis & Response Associate

About the role

We are looking for a sharp, detail‑oriented RFP Research, Analysis & Response Associate to strengthen our proposal pipeline. You will identify high‑value RFP/RFI/Tender opportunities, analyse complex solicitation requirements and craft compliant, winning responses.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously scan public and private procurement portals for relevant RFP/Tender opportunities.
• Review solicitations, build compliance matrices and conduct Go/No‑Go screening.
• Write clear, persuasive proposal sections such as executive summaries, qualifications and project plans.
• Collaborate with technical leads, operations teams and leadership to gather pricing, specifications and past performance data.
• Assemble, format, proofread and upload final proposal packages before strict deadlines.
• Maintain a repository of boilerplate content, case studies and standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in bid management, tender preparation, proposal writing or procurement analysis.
• Proven track record submitting proposals to state agencies, international organisations or enterprise B2B clients.
• Excellent written and verbal English with strong editing and technical narrative skills.
• Exceptional project‑management ability to handle multiple timelines simultaneously.
