Sales Admin Associate – Nairobi

About the role

Peach is looking for a Sales Admin Associate to manage the end‑to‑end administrative journey of vehicle sales in Nairobi. You will act as the primary point of contact for buyers and sellers, ensuring smooth transaction flow from agreement signing to vehicle handover.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full transaction lifecycle, providing updates and resolving queries for buyers and sellers.
• Prepare, issue, and track all sales documentation using PandaDoc and ensure KYC compliance in the Admin App.
• Coordinate ownership transfers, logbook collection, and vehicle handovers following the approved checklist.
• Initiate and monitor seller payments with Finance, confirm receipt, and manage insurance cancellations and buyer insurance activation.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and Sales Admin Master Tracker for reporting and operational excellence.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to implement improvements.

Required profile

• Business‑related degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in sales administration, operations, customer support, finance support, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Experience using document‑management tools such as PandaDoc.
• Familiarity with Kenya’s NTSA/eCitizen platforms and KYC documentation processes.
