About the role
The Sales Agent will promote and sell the company's products and services while building strong relationships with customers in the Machakos area. The role involves active outreach, product demonstrations, and follow‑up activities to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Key responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and generate leads.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Promote and sell products or services to meet sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate records.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales objectives.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
Required profile
- High school diploma or a bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field.
- Previous sales experience (at least one month).
- Confidence, resilience and strong time‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
