Sales and Marketing Representative

About the role

Rana Team Services Ltd is looking for a detail‑oriented Sales and Marketing Representative to drive business development and client acquisition in the water and energy sectors. You will lead tendering activities, generate new sales opportunities, and promote a portfolio of technical infrastructure solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor tender portals, newspapers and institutional boards to source eligible water, energy and technical services tenders.
• Prepare and coordinate complete tender documents, ensuring technical specifications, compliance forms and financial proposals are submitted on time.
• Attend pre‑tender site visits, surveys and meetings to assess feasibility and gather field data.
• Deliver sealed tender packages, bid bonds and samples to designated submission points.
• Track tender outcomes, follow up on evaluations and represent the company at public opening sessions.
• Conduct cold‑calling and outbound sales to identify potential commercial clients, developers and institutional projects.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders across the water and energy value chain.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development or tender management within technical services.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate tender requirements and prepare accurate proposals.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, process‑driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a high‑activity environment.
