Sales Executive – Direct Sales

About the role

As a Direct Sales Executive at Odoo, you will be the front‑line ambassador for our ERP solutions, helping small‑ and medium‑size businesses simplify their operations and grow. You will work with prospects across various industries, turning leads into long‑term customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and qualify a pipeline of potential customers.
• Conduct discovery meetings to uncover client needs and pain points.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations that highlight Odoo’s value.
• Prepare and present customized proposals and pricing models.
• Lead negotiations, address objections, and close deals to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and continuous improvement.
