Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead our local sales operations, driving business expansion and ensuring consistent achievement of both team and individual sales targets. This role requires close collaboration with the Chinese headquarters to align strategies and resolve cross‑border challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans for the local market.
• Lead business expansion initiatives and maintain stable sales performance.
• Build and nurture core client relationships, handling negotiations, project coordination, order follow‑up, and after‑sales support.
• Coordinate with the Chinese headquarters, synchronising progress and addressing cross‑language business issues.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
• Prepare and submit regular business reports to senior management.
• Standardise sales workflows, mentor sales staff, and enhance overall team capability.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of sales management experience.
• Background in a large enterprise environment.
• Fluent Chinese (Mandarin) preferred; strong English proficiency required.
• Proven ability in market development and team leadership.
