Sales Manager – Real Estate

About the role

This hands‑on leadership position is for a driven sales professional who will build and lead a high‑performing sales team in a fast‑paced property development environment. The role owns the full sales pipeline and is responsible for delivering consistent monthly unit sales.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the team to achieve collective monthly sales targets, closing deals personally when needed.
• Lead a high volume of qualified site and office visits with prospective clients each week.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales pipeline: lead qualification, visit scheduling, bookings, payment plan setup, and full sale completion.
• Coach, supervise and performance‑manage Sales Executives to ensure individual targets roll up to the team goal.
• Represent the company at sales forums, exhibitions and coordinate on‑ground marketing activations with the Marketing team.
• Monitor payment plan adherence and follow up on overdue payments with clients and Finance.
• Submit accurate daily and monthly sales, pipeline and conversion reports to management.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, referral agents and mortgage partners to sustain a healthy lead pipeline.
• Track competitor pricing and market trends, recommending pricing or promotional adjustments.
• Ensure all leads, visits, bookings and sales are logged promptly in the CRM/pipeline tracker.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales management or senior sales roles, preferably within real estate or property development.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets both personally and through a team.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and performance‑manage a sales team.
• Excellent client relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable using CRM and pipeline tracking tools and producing structured sales reports.
• Good understanding of the local property market.
