Sales Manager – Tanzania

About the role

Our client, a provider of HVAC solutions, seeks to onboard a Sales Manager for Tanzania. The role holder will develop sales strategies for sustainable business growth and execute the annual sales plan for the region. He/she will also achieve planned sales and profit by expanding sales channels for existing and new product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Achieving sales targets by expanding market coverage geographically and across various business sectors.
• Managing business relationships and supporting local distributors to establish a strong sales network.
• Identifying and developing new B2B and B2C sales channels.
• Coordinating sales effort with engineering, service, marketing, and other functional teams.
• Monitoring and controlling stock availability.
• Keeping customers updated on new product launches.
• Effectively handling and resolving customer problems and complaints.
• Preparing monthly reports, market research, competition analysis, etc.
• Any other tasks requested by the line manager from time to time.

Required profile

• Graduate Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 8‑10 years’ experience in the HVAC industry.
• Master’s degree in a related field is an added advantage.
