Sales Representative – Interior Design

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to drive the sale of custom furniture solutions for residential and commercial clients. You will combine a strong understanding of interior design with proven sales techniques to deliver design‑forward proposals and grow our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client needs and create tailored furniture proposals that align with design trends.
• Conduct consultations with clients, advising on styles, finishes, and space planning.
• Work closely with design and production teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market reach.
• Maintain long‑term client relationships through exceptional service and follow‑up.
• Track performance metrics, prepare reports and present insights to leadership.
• Represent the brand at trade shows, design expos and client events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design (sales experience is a plus).
• 3–5 years of sales experience in furniture, interior design or luxury goods.
• Strong grasp of design principles, space planning and material selection.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client expectations simultaneously.
