Sales Representative – Logbook Loans

About the role

We are looking for energetic Sales Representatives to promote our logbook loan products. You will work directly with customers in the field, helping them understand loan options and guiding them through the application process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new leads for logbook loan products.
• Prospect for customers through field visits, referrals, calls and other sales channels.
• Explain loan products, eligibility requirements, terms and repayment conditions.
• Guide customers through the loan application process and follow up on pending applications.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and applications.
• Identify new business opportunities within the market.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, loans, micro‑finance, banking or financial services is an advantage.
• Experience in logbook loans or asset finance is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer‑service skills.
• Target‑driven, results‑oriented and willing to conduct field sales.
• Must currently reside in Kiambu.
