Sales Representative / Sales Executive (Tech Solutions)

About the role

Pixel Electric Company Limited is looking for a motivated, target‑oriented Sales Representative / Sales Executive to join its Nakuru headquarters. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities, promoting a portfolio of STEM, robotics, IoT and automation solutions, and achieving agreed sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals and cold calling.
• Promote Pixel Electric’s products and services, including STEM education programs, robotics & IoT solutions, automation systems, drone technologies, smart technology solutions and turnkey projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and presentations for prospective customers.
• Conduct client visits, product demonstrations and follow‑up activities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain accurate sales records.
• Gather market intelligence, competitor information and customer feedback to support business growth.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑driven, target‑oriented and results‑focused with a professional attitude.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and field sales activities.
