Scrum Master – Tokenization Implementation Manager (12‑Month Contract)

About the role

The company is seeking a Scrum Master to lead a 12‑month tokenization implementation project for a bank. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure agile delivery, and guarantee that the tokenization solution meets security and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan with timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Oversee day‑to‑day project execution, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and monitor their impact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing progress updates and addressing concerns.
• Ensure seamless integration of the tokenization solution with existing banking systems and infrastructure.
• Implement robust data‑security measures and conduct thorough testing and quality‑assurance activities.
• Manage deployment across the bank’s platforms and support post‑deployment operational processes.
• Verify regulatory compliance, support audits, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Design and deliver training programs and create user manuals for bank employees.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project planning, execution, and risk management within an IT or banking environment.
• Strong understanding of tokenization concepts, system integration, and data‑security best practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience guiding teams through agile Scrum ceremonies and ensuring delivery of high‑quality solutions.
