SDDC Project Coordinator – NGO

About the role

The SDDC Project Coordinator provides administrative and logistics support for the global rollout of the Sponsorship Digital Data Collection (SDDC) system. Working onsite in Nairobi, the role ensures smooth communication, project tracking and documentation across Plan International’s regional and country offices.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project artefacts such as work‑plans, milestone trackers, decision logs and risk registers, keeping them current and accessible.
• Organise and archive core SDDC documentation, including meeting notes, presentations, status updates and guidance materials.
• Prepare and consolidate project updates, governance papers, dashboards and progress reports for internal stakeholders.
• Collect, document and disseminate good practices, lessons learned and success stories from pilots and rollout activities.
• Support the creation of user guidance, operating procedures, rollout packs and country‑specific support materials.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project coordination, reporting, timeline tracking and documentation management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across multiple time zones.
• Excellent organisational abilities, high attention to detail and capacity to manage several priorities simultaneously.
• Full working fluency in English; additional languages such as French are desirable.
