About the role
We are seeking a Security Officer specialized in debt collection to join Mogo Kenya Limited in Nairobi. The role involves safeguarding assets, conducting investigations and supporting the recovery of outstanding debts.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct security operations and investigations related to debt collection.
- Perform asset recovery activities and protect company assets.
- Negotiate with debtors and resolve conflicts.
- Prepare reports and documentation on recovery activities.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years experience in security operations, investigations, debt collection, asset recovery, law enforcement or related field.
- Experience in financial services, micro‑finance, banking or asset financing is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Integrity, professionalism, confidentiality and ability to work under pressure.
