Senior Brand Manager – White Cap

About the role

The Senior Brand Manager – White Cap will lead the growth and profitability of the assigned brand portfolio within East African Breweries. Reporting to senior marketing leadership, you will own the full Marketing Business Plan, from strategy definition through budgeting, execution and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, own and execute the annual Marketing Business Plan aligned with corporate objectives.
• Set and monitor brand growth targets (volume, revenue, market share) and identify key consumer segments.
• Manage and optimise Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budgets to maximise ROI.
• Track, analyse and report performance against KPIs, adjusting tactics based on market insights.
• Define and maintain brand positioning, messaging and visual identity.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and influence internal and external partners to ensure consistent in‑market execution.
• Ensure excellence in campaign delivery and take accountability for results through data‑driven decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic brand management within consumer goods or beverage sectors.
• Strong leadership of Marketing Business Plans and ability to drive growth and profitability.
• Excellent stakeholder influence skills across multi‑cultural, multi‑currency environments.
• Data‑oriented mindset with a track record of optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics.
