Senior Data Analyst

About the role

Our client is transitioning into a data‑driven marketplace group and needs a Senior Data Analyst to turn raw data into actionable insights. You will work closely with sales, marketing, operations and finance teams to improve reporting, data accuracy and business performance across all regions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain BI dashboards on multiple platforms for real‑time decision making.
• Build reporting and analytics frameworks to monitor overall business performance.
• Enhance lead tracking, attribution models and conversion analysis to boost marketing and sales effectiveness.
• Provide data‑driven insights for pricing, sales optimisation and marketing initiatives.
• Implement and improve SEO performance tracking and digital analytics tools.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure data consistency, accuracy and usability.
• Identify trends, patterns and growth opportunities through analysis.
• Establish best practices for data collection, validation and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics or a related field.
• Proven experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to translate data into insights for non‑technical stakeholders.
