Senior Manager, Digital Product Development

About the role

The Senior Manager, Digital Product Development will champion KCB Bank's digital strategy, define the product vision and roadmap, and lead the delivery of digital initiatives across the division.

Key responsibilities

• Champion and secure buy‑in for the digital strategy, product vision and roadmap across partner teams.
• Manage all digital initiatives that deliver the roadmap, including internal and vendor‑related products.
• Define product requirements for customization and new offerings, and work with technical teams to ensure proper implementation.
• Collaborate with senior management and commercial units to develop sector‑specific products aligned with the bank’s strategy.
• Lead project delivery from specification through testing, documentation and market launch, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Identify and implement process improvements based on audits, feedback and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university; Master’s degree in a business‑related field is a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in product development, digital mobile platforms, and project delivery.
• Professional certification in Product Management, Project Management or Agile practices is advantageous.
• Experience delivering digital consumer products in a high‑growth environment, preferably within the financial sector.
