Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

Andela is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the Middle East and Africa (MEA) marketing function. You will design and execute programs that generate pipeline, strengthen brand presence, and accelerate revenue across the region, working closely with the sales team and global marketing specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end planning and execution of MEA events, including owned events, sponsored conferences, roundtables, webinars and executive dinners.
• Build and maintain a regional events calendar, manage logistics, vendor relationships, budgets and post‑event reporting to ensure measurable ROI.
• Develop and run account‑based marketing (ABM) programs: target account selection, campaign orchestration and performance measurement.
• Partner with sales to align event audiences and ABM targets with pipeline goals and track revenue impact.
• Collaborate with global growth, content, design, PR and client marketing teams to adapt campaigns for the MEA market.

Required profile

• 7‑9 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a high‑growth technology company.
• Proven track record in field marketing, events, demand generation and ABM.
• Deep understanding of cultural differences across Middle East and African countries.
• Experience working with sales teams and across time zones in a global environment.
• Experience marketing to NGOs or governments is a plus.
