About the role
We are looking for a motivated Shop Attendant to join our retail team in Westlands, Nairobi. You will be the front‑line representative, ensuring customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience while supporting store operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, helping them locate products.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries.
- Operate the cash register and process sales transactions accurately.
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual displays, and organized stock arrangements.
- Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels.
- Achieve daily sales targets.
- Promote the store on social media and engage with online followers.
Required profile
- Mid‑level experience (approximately 3 years) in retail or customer‑facing roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly attitude.
- Ability to handle cash and sales transactions with precision.
- Attention to detail for visual merchandising and inventory management.
- Comfortable using social media platforms for posting and interaction.
