micro1 is looking for experienced Software Developers to join a dynamic customer project focused on digital innovation. In this role you will help train next‑generation AI systems by providing high‑quality, real‑world programming examples and insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, robust software solutions using Python, Java, JavaScript/Node.js and full‑stack technologies.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and deliver actionable feedback to ensure performance, functionality and standards compliance.
• Create and keep comprehensive technical documentation supporting architectural decisions and ongoing maintenance.
• Collaborate on software architecture, recommending best practices for long‑term stability and scalability.
• Analyze requirements and deliver efficient, high‑quality deliverables that meet client and project needs.
• Contribute real‑world code examples and problem‑solving approaches for AI training datasets.
• Communicate findings, challenges and solutions clearly in both written and verbal form.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in Python, Java, JavaScript/Node.js or full‑stack development.
• Proven ability to design and review complex software architectures and codebases.
• Strong experience producing user‑friendly technical documentation.
• Experience with remote collaboration and digital communication tools.
• Excellent ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear communication.
