About the role

The intern will support software development activities and provide technical assistance to internal and external users. You will work on JavaScript‑based projects, help maintain APIs, and assist in troubleshooting issues.

Required profile

Basic knowledge of JavaScript and its frameworks such as React, Next.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
Understanding of APIs and databases for backend development.
Familiarity with Git and GitHub version control.
Basic Linux operating system knowledge.
Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Experience in customer or technical support.
Good communication skills in English; Swahili is an advantage.
Basic cybersecurity knowledge.
Knowledge of TypeScript is an added advantage.
