Solar B2B Sales Representative (Experience Required)

About the role

We are looking for dynamic Sales Representatives to join our growing solar solutions team in Nairobi. The ideal candidate will have proven B2B experience in the solar sector and will be responsible for driving sales of our solar products to commercial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting suitable solar products and solutions.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed product information.
• Support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly targets.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and other sales documentation.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Assist with product displays and showroom organization.
• Support customer service and after‑sales follow‑up.
• Promote the company’s solar products through various channels.

Required profile

• Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in solar, electrical, electronics, or related products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work with sales targets.
• Basic computer skills.
• Energetic, proactive, and results‑oriented.
