Strategy Analyst

About the role

The Strategy Analyst helps identify business, consumer and cultural opportunities that unlock growth for brands. Combining consumer insight, cultural intelligence, category analysis and digital performance data, the role creates actionable recommendations to improve brand relevance, effectiveness and business results.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor social platforms to spot emerging trends, cultural conversations, memes and viral content, providing real‑time insights into audience behaviours.
• Analyse audience engagement and content performance across platforms, delivering insights on Gen Z and Millennial behaviours.
• Use analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance, develop dashboards and translate data into optimisation recommendations.
• Conduct research on consumer behaviour, categories, competitors and culture, synthesising findings into strategic insights and frameworks.
• Partner with creative, media, social and client service teams to ensure strategy informs execution and drives measurable business outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, economics, statistics, psychology, data analytics or a related field.
• Relevant experience in strategy, research, analytics, marketing, digital or media environments.
• Strong analytical capability, curiosity, commercial awareness and effective communication and presentation skills.
