Supervisor

About the role

The Supervisor will lead the daily operations of our food services and catering unit, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service. This role requires strong leadership to manage staff, schedules, and performance while maintaining compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the hospitality and catering services.
• Supervise and coach employees, assigning work schedules and duties.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Manage inventory, resources, and operational budgets.
• Resolve workplace issues promptly and maintain a positive work environment.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in hospitality or a related sector.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
• Proven problem‑solving skills and ability to achieve operational targets efficiently.
