Supply Chain, Logistics & Customs Manager

About the role

The Supply Chain, Logistics & Customs Manager will oversee end‑to‑end movement of goods, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and cost‑effective delivery. This role is based in Westlands and supports operations across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics and supply‑chain activities from sourcing to final delivery.
• Prepare and manage customs documentation, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
• Plan transportation, shipment schedules and monitor delivery performance.
• Maintain accurate inventory and logistics records.
• Liaise with customs authorities, clearing agents, suppliers and transport providers.
• Track logistics costs and identify efficiency improvements.
• Resolve shipment, customs and delivery issues and generate management reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Customs or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years (48 months) relevant experience, preferably in FMCG or distribution.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and customs processes.
• Proven ability to coordinate suppliers, transporters and clearing agents.
• Excellent documentation, analytical and negotiation abilities.
