Syrup Maker Operator

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Syrup Maker Operator to join our production team at Brava Food Industries in Nairobi. The role involves operating and monitoring syrup production equipment to ensure high‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor syrup tanks, mixers, pumps and related equipment following the Wild Indag process.
• Ensure syrup preparation adheres to approved recipes, specifications and operating procedures.
• Monitor automated process parameters and adjust as needed.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform routine checks.
• Follow safety protocols in hot, noisy, and wet production environments while wearing PPE.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Food Science & Technology or related field.
• Minimum 3 years proven experience in the beverage industry.
• Physically fit for long/rotating shifts; able to stand, walk, lift materials within limits, bend, reach, stoop, and climb stairs/platforms.
• Good vision and hearing to read gauges and detect equipment abnormalities.
