Talent Operations Specialist

About the role

CloudFactory is seeking a Talent Operations Specialist to ensure smooth execution of the employee lifecycle. You will work closely with the Talent team to manage onboarding, contract administration, off‑boarding and HRIS data, supporting a fast‑growing, mission‑driven organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Process employee administration tasks such as drafting contracts, updating terms, handling onboarding, off‑boarding and internal mobility.
• Conduct background and document checks, ensuring required clearances are on file.
• Document, audit and improve Talent processes, aligning them with global standards and local regulations.
• Assist with HRIS enhancements, self‑service portal implementations and other technology solutions to boost efficiency.
• Communicate standard Talent policies, draft routine correspondence and support employee relations communications.
• Participate in internal and external audits, reviewing employee records for accuracy.
• Provide initial support for conflict resolution under supervision.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactional processes accurately.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with employees at all levels.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to document and improve existing procedures.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, globally distributed team.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS platforms and basic HR data management.
• Familiarity with contract administration, onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Ability to draft professional correspondence and policy communications.
