Technical Product Manager

About the role

Silverleaf Academy is looking for a Technical Product Manager to turn strategic goals into a clear, prioritized product backlog. You will own the roadmap, guide the development team, and ensure delivery aligns with the organisation’s vision.

Key responsibilities

• Translate organisational objectives into a prioritized product backlog and maintain an end‑to‑end roadmap.
• Break down high‑level goals into sprint‑ready tasks, run agile ceremonies, and define acceptance criteria.
• Act as the primary liaison between leadership, stakeholders, and the development team, communicating progress and trade‑offs.
• Provide clear technical direction to frontend, backend, and data/dashboard specialists, and help shape the talent architecture as the department grows.
• Evaluate and recommend tooling, workflows, and process improvements to support scaling.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years (36 months) of product management experience in a technology‑focused environment.
• Strong communicator able to bridge technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver on time.
• Experience running agile/sprint processes and removing blockers.

Required skills

• Familiarity with product management and roadmap tools such as Jira, Trello, or Linear.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles across frontend, backend, and data/dashboard work.
