Telesales Agent – 6‑Month Contract

About the role

Teleperformance is seeking a motivated Telesales Agent for a six‑month assignment in Nairobi. You will contact potential and existing customers by phone, promote the client’s real‑estate services, and work towards generating leads and closing sales.

Key responsibilities

• Use persuasive techniques to sell products and services over the phone.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Set and achieve daily, monthly, or quarterly sales targets.
• Document calls, leads, sales, and other key metrics.
• Analyze data to identify target customers and improve sales performance.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide professional support.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with colleagues and provide feedback on service processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as a telesales agent or in a BPO/sales‑customer service role.
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
• Degree or diploma in a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Fluent English (C1) with excellent grammar and phone etiquette.
• Ability to work night shifts and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

• Fast typing skills.
