Tendering Officer – Aviation

About the role

The Tendering Officer will manage the preparation, submission, and administration of tenders within the aviation sector. The role ensures compliance with procurement policies, accurate documentation, and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders to secure contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit tender documents in line with aviation procurement standards.
• Review tender requirements to ensure full compliance.
• Liaise with finance and legal teams on contract terms.
• Track tender timelines, submissions, and outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive tender records and documentation.
• Prepare tender status reports and summaries for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in tendering or procurement, preferably within aviation.
• Knowledge of aviation procurement regulations and compliance.
• Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and integrity.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP procurement systems.
