About the role
We are looking for a diligent Ticketing Personnel to join our travel team. The successful candidate will handle airline reservations, ticket issuance, and client communications while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor ticketing deadlines and manage booking queues.
- Track airline schedule changes and promptly inform clients.
- Liaise with airlines and suppliers to resolve ticketing issues.
- Prepare flight quotations and respond to client inquiries.
- Maintain accurate reservation and ticketing records.
- Deliver professional and efficient customer service.
Required profile
- Certificate or Diploma in Travel & Tourism, IATA, or a related field.
- Minimum 24 months of experience in airline reservations and ticketing.
- Strong working knowledge of Galileo and/or Amadeus GDS.
- Good understanding of fare rules, reissues, refunds, and cancellations.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet ticketing deadlines.
- Experience in an IATA‑accredited travel agency is an advantage.

What we offer
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from KES 30,000 to KES 45,000.
